Below Linux software packs can be downloaded and installed on the router to expand the feature set further.

Outputs system information and provides a link which can be used to download the logs used for troubleshooting.

Installs a SSH daemon to use SSH instead of the default Telnet daemon.

Loads IPSec. Adds an extra option to the VPN menu in the web user interface for the configuration of IPSec.

Loads OpenVPN. All configurations are done thru the CLI (command line interface).

Installs SMSTools daemon to allow users to send SMS via the CLI.

Installs SSH client to be able to create SSH session from the unit.

Installs SFTP and SCopy. Allows SFTP to be used to transfer secure files.

Installs TCPDump daemon, which is used as a sniffer to see all packets that pass through a certain interface used for troubleshooting.
